Q: Do you deliver?
A:Yes. Simply place the order through our website and a shipping checkbox can be selected. Or just call us. The cost of shipping within Calgary is anywhere
from $6 to $15. Your order will be delivered within the hour or up to 7 business days, depending on availablity. We also offer pick-up at our store within the same day.
Q: How does Inglewood Wine Market handle my personal information?

A: We are open 364 days of the year
Thursday - Saturday 10 am - 12

Q: How can I contact Inglewood Wine Market?

Q: How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter?
A: You can subscribe right on the front of our homepage. Unsubscribers can remove themselves from the list at the bottom of any of the newsletters you
receive.
Q: Do I have to register as a member to order online?
A: No you do not. You will however have to enter your information each time an order is placed if you do not. Registered member’s have the convenience of
skipping this step on future visits.
Q: I noticed you only sell by the case, what if I only need a few bottles?
A: If the item is something that we regularly stock, we can do this for you. If it is outside of our regular stock, we can only provide it by the case or
half case.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We are happy to offer the following discounts for our customers:
6 - 11 Bottles of wine (Mixed Case) 5% off your order
12+ Bottles of wine (Mixed Case) 10% off your order
Seniors receive 5% off instore only, anytime.
Mixed Case: You pick the individual bottles you want to buy, they don’t all have to be of the same type. We believe the wine you purchase should satisfy your current tastes, preference.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Instore we can take Cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Online we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal.
Q: Are the payments processed automatically?
A: They are. If an item is not available or in some cases you do not want to take a full or half case your money is 100% refundable asap. In the wine
business it is impossible to guarantee all products are in stock at all times.
Q: I need certain items by a certain date, when should I place an order to ensure that I receive it by the time required?
A: We recommend our customers on deadlines place all order inquiries as soon as possible. In some cases at least two weeks in advance to ensure the item is
in stock, and that we can get it to you when you need it.
Q: Can you help me plan for an event/wedding/gift?
A: We make our commitment to pair the best wine/spirit/ale with your budget in mind. You can inquire this further on our Personal Shopper page, or just
click here. We feel very confident in finding the best value wines at all budgets. You won't be disappointed. We love to help
Q: Do your prices include GST and/or Bottle Deposit?
A: All of our products always include GST + Deposit in the total. We believe that what you see is what you get.
